The Supreme Court has reserved the following dates through December 2009 to hear oral arguments. Please check the docket pages for each month to see when arguments begin. The cases to be argued on each date will be posted as they become available. Summaries of cases to be argued generally will be posted a few days prior to the argument date. Live audio coverage of oral arguments are available at mms://www.courts.mo.gov/supremecourtaudio. The live audio link will work only during oral arguments. Archives of each day's argument from September 2007 forward will be available on that day's "cases schedule" page. Archives of previous arguments are available through the Missourinet, a state-wide radio network, on its Web site, http://supremecourt.missourinet.com.
