25.08. Misdemeanors or Felonies - Continuing Duty to Disclosure

after

complying with a request for disclosure or order of court, a party discovers information

or material that the party

would have been required to disclose under the request or order,

the party

shall furnish

this

additional information

or material

to opposing counsel

as soon as practicable.

f the additions are discovered during trial, the court also shall be notified.
