37.31. Bonds - Affidavit of Justification - Record
When a surety is accepted upon a bond, the surety shall execute an affidavit of justification that shall be attached to the bond and filed therewith by the clerk of the court in accordance with the provisions of
Rule 37.24
.
A duplicate copy of such affidavit shall be preserved in a separate file in the office of the clerk of the court in which such bond is first filed, indexed alphabetically by the names of the sureties. Such file shall be open to the inspection of any interested person.
