9.04. Judge Advocates may Represent in Missouri Courts Indigent Military Personnel and Their Dependents
(
a
) A member of the bar of another state, in good standing in said state, on active military duty in this state with the Armed Forces of the United States, who has been designated and is assigned as a Judge Advocate by the Senior Legal Officer of his branch of service, shall be permitted to appear as an attorney in the courts of this state on behalf of active duty military personnel or their dependents, provided such personnel or dependents are unable to pay a fee for the services involved, and provided such Judge Advocate has been approved and designated by the Senior Legal Officer of his Missouri post of duty to represent indigent active duty military personnel and their dependents.

) A current list of Judge Advocates so approved and designated shall be furnished monthly to the chief disciplinary counsel and the clerk of this Court by the Senior Legal Officer of each Missouri post of duty involved. Such officer shall certify that all persons on such list are graduates of an ABA approved law school and that they are in good standing in the state or states in which they have been admitted to practice.

) Judge Advocates, so approved and designated, shall be subject to the provisions of
Rule 4
,
Code of Professional Responsibility.
