5.32. Cooperation and Assistance to the Board of Law Examiners

In addition to the other powers and duties conferred upon them, the chief disciplinary counsel, the advisory committee, and the regional disciplinary committees shall aid and assist the board of law examiners in their duties under Rule 8.07. The chief disciplinary counsel shall have access to the files and records of the Board of Law Examiners of all applicants who have been admitted to practice law in this state to the extent necessary for the performance of the duties of that office.
