33.08. Misdemeanors or Felonies - Rearrest of Accused
The court may order the arrest of an accused who has been released if it shall appear to the court that:
(
a
) There has been a breach of any condition for the release; or
(
b
) The bail should be increased or new or additional security be required or new conditions for release be imposed.
The accused, upon application, shall be entitled to a hearing concerning the reasons for the issuance of the order.
