30.11. Number of Copies to be Filed in this Court
(
a
) An original and seven copies of petitions, motions, applications, and suggestions relating thereto shall be filed in this Court in the following proceedings:
(1) Original writs except habeas corpus;
(2) Applications for transfer;
(3) Motions for rehearing.
(
b
) Except as otherwise expressly provided by law or by these Rules, only the original record on appeal, application, petition, motions, suggestions, stipulations, or other papers need be filed.
