8.14. Immunity And Privilege
Any person who communicates information concerning a person applying for admission to the bar to any member of the board or any attorney, employee or agent of the board or the office or any employee of the clerk of this Court or any investigator acting on behalf of the board is immune from all civil liability that, except for this Rule 8.14, might result from any such communication. The grant of immunity provided by this Rule 8.14, might result from any such communication.
