12.14. Records of Investigations, Hearings and Other Proceedings

A record of all investigations, hearings and other proceedings had under the provisions of this Rule 12 shall be made, and the testimony of all witnesses appearing at any investigation, hearing or other proceeding under this Rule 12 shall be preserved.
