 Welcome to the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. This court is committed to providing all people an open, fair, efficient, and independent system for the advancement of justice under the law. Our mission is to efficiently and effectively carry out the duties bestowed upon us by the State of Missouri. All our judges are residents of the city of St. Louis and routinely speak at schools and neighborhood groups throughout the city. We are always eager to meet with members of our community.
