Biography:
Born June 18, 1955, in St. Louis. Educated at St. Louis University,
B.A.; St. Louis University School of Law, J.D. Married to Stacy M.
Taylor, April 1988. They have three children: Murphy, Ashley and John.
Was legal advisor to clerk of circuit court for 22nd circuit, 1982-84;
corporate counsel for an aircraft company, 1984-89; litigation attorney
with a utility company, 1989-92. Member of Antioch Baptist Church. Appointed circuit judge on
April 3, 1992. Retained in 1994 and 2000.
Term expires December 31, 2012.
