Judge John Riley
Biography:
Born June 20, 1947, in St. Louis. Educated at St. Louis University,
B.S., 1969; St. Louis University School of Law, J.D., 1972. Married
Kathleen Loberg, June 7, 1975, in St. Louis. Engaged in private law
practice, 1972–95. Lieutenant colonel, United States Army
Reserve, retired. Member: St. Margaret
of Scotland Catholic Church; Missouri and St. Louis Metropolitan Bar
Associations. Municipal judge, City of Black Jack, 1983–95.
Appointed circuit judge on March 22, 1995. Retained in 1996, 2002. Term expires December 31, 2008.
