Judge Michael David
Biography:
Born May 7, 1951, in Des Moines, Iowa. Educated at University of
Missouri–St. Louis, B.S., business administration magna cum
laude, 1973; St. Louis University, J.D., 1977; National Judicial
College. Married Michelle Boston on May 29, 1982. They have one son,
John. Served as assistant public
defender, City of St. Louis, 1977–79; Jefferson County,
1980–82. Served on Board of Commissioners, St. Louis Public
Housing Authority, 1981–83. Elected to the Missouri House of
Representatives, 1982, 1984, 1986 and 1988. Was in private practice.
Past president, Missouri Circuit Judges Association.
Appointed associate circuit judge on March 13, 1989. Retained in 1990.
Appointed circuit judge on November 12, 1992. Retained in 1994 and
2000. Term expires December 31, 2012.
