Biography.
Born May 8, 1964, in St. Louis. Graduated from University of
Mo-Columbia, A.B., 1986; J..D., 1989. Clerked for Judge James A.
Pudlowski, Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District, 1989-1990.
Worked as an Assistant Circuit Attorney, City of St. Louis, 1990-1995.
Associate for Charles Shaw law firm, 1995-96. Engaged in private practice
of law 1996-2001. Appointed Associate Circuit Judge, May 2001. Retained 2002.
Member: Missouri and Metropolitan St. Louis Bar Association, Lawyer's
Association. Married Joan B. Heilweck. Four children.
