Judge Robert Dierker
Biography:
Born February 24, 1949, in St. Louis. Attended St. Louis University,
A.B.; University of Missouri–Kansas City, J.D.; Harvard
University, LL.M. Married to Dorothy Dreyer, July 3, 1982. They have
three children. Law clerk to Joseph J. Simeone, Missouri Court of
Appeals, summers 1973, 1974; associated
with a St. Louis law firm, 1975–78; assistant and associate city
counselor, City of St. Louis, 1979–86. Candidate for Missouri
House of Representatives, 1978; campaign treasurer for Paul Kiel,
Missouri Senate Republican candidate, 1978. Member: Catholic Church;
Circuit Bar Committee, Division
1, 22nd Circuit, 1985–86; Missouri and Metropolitan St. Louis Bar
Associations; other legal and fraternal organizations. Appointed
circuit judge, February 1986. Retained in 1988, 1994 and 2000.
Presiding judge, 1997–98.
