Biography:
Presiding Judge, Missouri Circuit Court Twenty-second Judicial Circuit City of St. Louis. Former Associate Circuit Judge, appointed by the late Governor Mel Carnahan
to term beginning June 16, 1994. Retained as Associate Circuit Judge by the voters in 1996. Appointed Circuit Judge by the late Governor Mel Carnahan to term beginning
August 1, 2000. Retained as Circuit Judge by the voters in 2002 and 2008. Term expires in 2014. Born St. Louis, Missouri on April 18, 1954. Educated at St. Louis University
High 1972; Florida State University B.S. 1975; and Creighton University J.D. 1979. Admitted to practice in Missouri 1979; U.S. District Court of Eastern Missouri 1979;
Illinois 1980; and U.S. Supreme Court 1988. In private practice with Charles Ohmer in the family firm of Ohmer & Ohmer, P.C. 1983-87. Assistant Circuit Attorney for the
Circuit Attorneys Office for the City of St. Louis 1979-83 and 1987-94. Chief Warrant Officer for the Circuit Attorneys Office 1992-94. Chair of Missouri Supreme Court Circuit
Court Budget Committee and member of Missouri Supreme Court Family Court Committee. Authored Casenote- Bankruptcy-12 Creighton Law review Spring 1979; co- authored "The Role
of the Guardian Ad Litem in Domestic Violence", St. Louis Bar Journal Spring 1996; and co-authored "Landlord/Tenant" and "Jury Call and Management" Chapters for Bench Book

of Truman State University. Married to Roberta Marie Ohmer. Two children: Rachel Caroline and Rebecca Anne.
