Public Information Office The Court’s public information office is located in Room 805 of the Carnahan Courthouse and can be reached at 622-5685. The public and members of the media are welcome to call anytime for assistance. Matt Murphy, the public information officer, is a former reporter for KMOX Radio, KTRS Radio and the Suburban Journals Newspaper. Prior to joining the Court, Matt was the press secretary to the President o f the St. Louis Board of Aldermen.  |
