How to Join the Pro Bono Attorneys
ListServ Group
 

The list serve is only available to attorneys who are members of the Missouri Bar.

To sign up for the list serve group:

1. Go to the Missouri Bar "Members only" website (by clicking here) and enter your bar number and pin number (both are on your MoBar membership card) and click the Log In button.

2. On the left hand bar, click "Committees and ListServs."

3. Scroll down the page through the alphabetical list of committees and list serves until you come to "Pro Bono Attorney Listserv Group."

4. Click on "Pro Bono Attorney Listserv Group."

5. Click the checkbox next to "Subscribe to the . . . Pro Bono Attorney Listserv Group."

6. More choices will appear on the screen below the "subscribe" line. Click the appropriate choices below the "subscribe" line according to your preferences.

7. Note: at the bottom of the subscription form, you can even control the dates during which you do not wish to receive e-mail from the list serve, e.g., vacation time.

8. When you have made all your choices, click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.

9. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your membership from the Lyris ListManager.

To see other attorneys in the group, go back to the list of committees and list serves and click on "Roster."

To use the pro bono list serve to send e-mail, address your e-mail to probono@mobarlist.org. It would be a good idea to add this address to your email address book for future convenience.
