21st circuit commission announces meeting time, date and place for Ross vacancy in St. Louis County
ST. LOUIS -- The 21st Judicial Circuit Commission will meet beginning at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 28 and 29, 2012, in the Probate Courtroom located on the fifth floor of the St. Louis County Courthouse, Clayton, Mo., to conduct public interviews to select three nominees from the applicant pool for the Ross circuit judge vacancy on 21st Judicial Circuit for the governor’s consideration. The public is invited to attend and observe the interviews.
On Feb. 29, 2012, immediately following the public interviews of the applicants, the commission will convene in the Probate Courtroom on the fifth floor of the St. Louis County Courthouse in Clayton to select the three-member panel to be forwarded to Gov. Nixon for his consideration.
The members of the 21st Judicial Circuit Commission are: Judge Kurt S. Odenwald, chief judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District; Robert Patrick Dudley; Matthew J. Rossiter; Rev. Anthony Witherspoon; and Richard Wuestling IV.
