In re: Clerk Training Academy Advisory Committee

O R D E R

INDENTThere is hereby created a Clerk Training Academy Advisory Committee. The committee, subject to guidance from the Coordinating Commission for Judicial Department Education, shall develop and conduct educational activities for court clerks.

INDENTMembers of the committee, except as provided in this order, shall serve for a term of two years. Members may succeed themselves for one additional consecutive term of two years and may serve additional nonconsecutive terms as appointed by this Court.

INDENTThe following are appointed to a term expiring on June 30, 2000, or when their successors are appointed and qualified:

Cheryl Whitmarsh is appointed chair of the committee.

INDENTThe committee is authorized to meet at such places and times as determined by the chair and will be reimbursed actual expenses as authorized for state employees.
