150.02. Availability of Clerk's Assistance

Notice of the fact that clerks of the small claims division will explain to litigants the procedure and functions of the small claims division and will assist them in filling out all forms and pleadings necessary for the presentation of their claim or counterclaim to the court shall be conspicuously posted in the small claims division clerks' offices in the following form:

NOTICE TO THOSE WISHING TO FILE A SMALL CLAIM

THE CLERKS OF THIS OFFICE WILL HELP YOU PREPARE ALL FORMS AND PLEADINGS NECESSARY FOR THE PRESENTATION OF YOUR CLAIM OR COUNTERCLAIM TO THE COURT.
