12.04. Assistance
The Commission may utilize counsel and assistance as it may deem necessary. The members of the Commission shall perform the services required by the Commission without compensation, but each shall be reimbursed for his actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties. The Commission may make reasonable allowances for physical or mental examinations and for taking and transcribing of testimony.
