7.09. Executive Director

The Executive Director shall be elected by the majority vote of the Board of Governors. He shall be a member of The Missouri Bar and shall devote his full time to the affairs of The Missouri Bar as authorized and directed by the Board of Governors. The Board of Governors shall fix the salary of the Executive Director. The Executive Director, with the approval of the Board of Governors, shall employ such clerical assistance as may be required, salaries to be fixed by the Board of Governors and paid out of funds of The Missouri Bar.
