12.10. Subpoenas and Depositions

In any proceeding under this Rule 12, the clerk of this Court shall issue writs of subpoena, including subpoenas duces tecum, and commissions to take depositions requested by the Commission or the respondent. The Commission is empowered to take and transcribe the evidence of witnesses who may be sworn by any member thereof. The failure of any person to comply with the requirements of any subpoena issued as herein provided shall be reported promptly to this Court.
