7.04. Vacancies

Except as provided in Rule 7.05, the Board of Governors is authorized to fill for the unexpired term any vacancy which occurs in its membership from the district in which the vacancy occurs. The Board of Governors may delegate to the Young Lawyers Section the authority to fill, for the unexpired term, any vacancy which occurs with regard to the young lawyers representative.
