COMPLAINT FOR SEARCH WARRANT TO AUTHORIZE THE SEARCH FOR STOLEN PROPERTY

(On information and belief, with attached affidavit)

IN THE MAGISTRATE COURT WITHIN AND FOR SAID COUNTY

________________, being duly sworn, deposes and states upon information and belief that heretofore the following described personal property, to-wit: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ of the goods and chattels of _______________has been heretofore unlawfully stolen, and that said above described personal property is now being held and kept at the following place in the said county and state, to-wit: _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________;

That the basis of the affiant's information and belief is contained in the attached affidavits of witnesses to facts concerning the said matter which affidavits are made a part hereof and are submitted herewith as a basis upon which this court may find the existence of a probable cause for the issuance of said warrant.

Wherefore complainant prays that a search warrant be issued as provided by law.
