Each judge and chief clerk may request access to the e-mail system and web page by filling out an application form and signing a Memorandum of Understanding. The two forms are available at the end of this section. The ability to access an Internet Service Provider is the only requirement for the court. The e-mail system gives users access to the address books containing:

* All OSCA staff

* All court staff, including the Supreme Court

The web page provides current information, clerk training sessions and any announcements that OSCA has sent to the municipal courts. Courts will also have access to the following secure information:

* Municipal Clerk Handbook

* Judge’s discussion page (not accessible to clerks or OSCA)

* Clerk’s discussion page (not accessible to judges or OSCA)

* Supreme Court Operating Rules
