KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, __________, the defendant herein, do acknowledge myself to owe and to be held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the full penal sum of $________ for the payment of which I bind myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, to be levied of my goods and chattels, lands and tenements and unto the said State rendered upon the condition hereinafter set out and in further security of the performance of this bond I have deposited in the registry of this court:

The condition of this bond is that whereas I, the above named defendant, stand charged by complaint in this court with the commission of a felony, to-wit: ____________________________________________________

NOW, THEREFORE, if I, the said defendant, shall personally be and appear in this court on the _____ day of __________, 19___, for preliminary examination herein and from time to time thereafter, as required by the court, and will submit myself to the orders and process of the Magistrate and if I be bound over as a result of such preliminary examination or as a result of a waiver thereof to answer the said charge, then to be and appear before the _____________ Court at a time to be stipulated by the Magistrate before whom such preliminary examination is held or waived, and thereafter from time to time as required by order of the said ____________ Court for the trial and all other proceedings upon such charge as may be there filed against me by indictment or information in said court, including the sentence and the rendition of final judgment in said cause and shall not thence depart without leave and shall abide and submit myself to the orders, judgment, sentence and process of such court and shall be and appear in any other court to which said cause may be taken by change of venue at the time originally required by order of the court granting the change of venue and thereafter from time to time as required by such court to which the change of venue is taken, for trial and all other proceedings therein, including sentence and the rendition of final judgment therein, not thence to depart without leave, then this bond shall be null, void, and of no effect, and the cash or securities deposited as aforesaid shall be returned to me, otherwise this bond to remain in full force and effect in accordance with law, and this court, after the State has obtained a final judgment on this bond in the manner prescribed by law or by the rules of the Supreme Court, may order the appropriation to the State of Missouri of said cash or the sale of said securities and the appropriation of the proceeds thereof to the State of Missouri in the manner and to the uses prescribed by law.
