Metered parking is available on the streets surrounding the courthouse. There is also a parking garage located in front of the courthouse at the intersection of 8th and Walnut. The parking lots near the building are limited for use by properly tagged vehicles only. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

Mission Statement

Adult Court Services is committed to providing services, reducing recidivism, increasing court appearances, and assisting in the fair administration of justice through the investigation and supervision of defendants within the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri.

Overview

Adult Court Services (ACS) investigates and supervises defendants in Boone County criminal cases. Programs supervised by this office include: Bond Investigations, Bond Supervision, Community Service Work, Fines and Related Cost, Home Detention, Judicial Parole, ACS Probation, and Work and Education.

It should be noted, while ACS works with the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, private defense counsel, and the Public Defender's Office, it does not work for any party to a criminal case. The ACS Supervisor reports to the Court Administrator of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court.

Forms

The forms under this heading (ADULT COURT SERVICES) are used only on cases assigned to and supervised by Adult Court Services. They are NOT for use on cases supervised by State Probation and Parole nor unsupervised cases.
