For the remainder of this policy pages beginning with the URL http://207.119.89.253 are referred to as the web service pages.

What Information do we collect?
The hosted pages may be accessed anonymously and no personally identifiable information is collected.
The web service pages collect application-specific information for court-related purposes and require logon credentials that must be requested and supplied by the court prior to first use. Personal information collected for the web service pages is limited to name and contact information.
Do we use cookies?
The hosted pages do not use cookies. Other pages under www.courts.mo.gov are not under the control of the 13th Judicial Circuit and may or may not use cookies. The web service pages use cookies to store a session id in order to allow application-specific transactions to work properly.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or to enforce our site policies.
