Chrome is the recommended browser for using the Municipal Division Management Portal. If you do not already have Chrome, you may obtain it for free at the Google Chrome website.
Note: Municipal users who have an active network username and password may access both the CIC and Municipal Division Management Portal without being on the virtual desktop. This may be beneficial if trying to attach documents within the portal. Remember passwords will expire every 180 days. At that time, users will need to log in to the virtual desktop to update their passwords.
