Missouri Electronic Filing System

Effective January 1, 2012, electronic records are viewable at the public access terminal at the court house. Case records in St Charles County are available electronically for Associate Civil Bulk case types beginning September 12, 2011. Additional electronic records available include, Circuit Civil beginning October 17, 2011, Domestic and Associate Civil beginning November 1, 2011, Probate and Criminal beginning December 5, 2011, Paternity beginning October 19, 2012, and Juvenile and Adoption beginning January 1, 2013. Case Numbering

Civil, Small Claims and Traffic cases filed after October 28, 1999 and Criminal and Probate cases filed after October 9, 2000 will be assigned a new JIS case number. Each circuit using the new Banner system is assigned a block of case numbers per circuit. The block of numbers for the 11th Judicial Circuit is 124,000 to 154,999. Therefore, all new cases in Banner will have the following information: year (2 digits), court type (CV-Civil, FC-Family Court, CR-Criminal, PR-Probate) and then the next six digit number from our block of numbers. Traffic uses the actual traffic ticket number.

ST. CHARLES MUNICIPAL DIVISION (St. Charles, MO.)

Municipal case information is available for all public cases that were pending as of, or filed after, February 19, 2008.
