Missouri Electronic Filing System
Effective January 1, 2012 , electronic records are viewable at the public access terminal at the court house. Case records in Boone County are available electronically for the above referenced case types beginning February 3, 2014. Case Numbering
All Civil and Probate cases filed after October 27, 1999, will be assigned a new JIS case number. All Criminal and Traffic cases filed after August 7, 2000 will be assigned a new JIS case number. Each circuit using the new JIS system is assigned a block of case numbers per circuit. The block of numbers for the 13th circuit is 164,000 to 175,999. Therefore, all new cases in JIS will have the following information in the case number format:

6-digit sequential case number in the range assigned to the circuit.
Traffic cases will be filed in the court using the traffic ticket case number.
