ORDER
Now on this 4th day of June, 2008, this Court having reviewed the information for suspension for medical reasons pursuant to Rule 5.23(b), and finding that there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent is unable competently to represent the interests of clients by reason of physical or mental condition, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended indefinitely from the practice of law pursuant to the provisions of Rule 5.23(b). Said suspension is to remain in place until further order of this Court.
It is further ordered that Henry W. Cummings comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
