Effective January 1, 2012 , electronic records are viewable at the public access terminal at the court house. CASE NUMBERING
Civil, Associate Civil, Small Claims, Criminal, Traffic and Probate cases filed after April 1, 2002, will be assigned a new Banner case number. Each circuit using the new Banner system is assigned a block of case numbers per circuit. The block of numbers for the 15th Judicial Circuit is 183000 to 186999. Therefore, all new cases in Banner will have the following information: year (2 digits), court type (CV-Civil, CR-Criminal, PR-Probate, etc) and then the next six-digit number from our block of numbers. (Traffic uses the actual traffic ticket number).
