Agency: The state agency or department providing data to MOJJIS. The following agencies and associated programs participate in MOJJIS:

Note: Social Services, Family Support Division, Child Support, and FAMIS programs contact information only will display on the Program Participation page if the searched juvenile has received services from these programs. Specific Web page data elements will not display on the Case Details page. If a searched juvenile is participating in these programs, the Contact Information will display on the Program Participation page for obtaining additional information using the Agency E-Mail link.
Agency Administrator: The person designated by an agency whose duties include:
1) Granting access to inter-agency inquirers (Users).
2) Create individual User IDs, passwords, and set up initial associated profiles.
3) Search for all or specific inter-agency Users.
4) Review "locked" or "revoked" inter-agency Users.
5) Unlock or reset inter-agency User's passwords.
6) Deleting (removing) access for an inter-agency User.
7) Locking or revoking inter-agency Users, when appropriate.
8) Update Contact Person information for the Program to which the Agency Administrator is associated.
9) Produce Audit Reports for all MOJJIS Inquiry System Users within the Administrator's agency. The Audit Log functionality within MOJJIS is used to produce these reports.
Contact: Specific person associated to an Agency/Program for obtaining additional information, if Case Detail information is not available.
Contact Name: The name of the individual that is the agency contact as set up or modified by the Agency Administrator.
Delete: Permanently removes a user from the MOJJIS system. If a user is deleted, any history of activity, i.e., searches conducted via the Audit Log, etc., will be lost. Removing a User will also delete the User. See Remove.
Lock: To disable a user from accessing MOJJIS. Usually associated to a User who has unsuccessfully attempted to log on to MOJJIS three (3) times.
Password Administrator: The person designated by an agency whose duties include:
1. Search for all or
specific inter-agency Users.
2. Unlock or reset inter-agency User's
passwords.
3. Search for all or specific inter-agency Users.
4. Review "locked" or "revoked" Users.
5. Locking or revoking inter-agency Users, when appropriate.Program: The unit or division within an Agency participating in MOJJIS. See also Agency.
Program Name: The name of the program associated to the agency. See Agency definition.
Remove: Permanently deletes a user from the MOJJIS system. If a user is removed, any history of activity, i.e., searches conducted via the Audit Log, etc., will be lost. Removing a User will also delete the User. See Delete.
Revoke: To prevent a user from accessing MOJJIS. This is usually associated with an agency action to prevent unauthorized access to MOJJIS without removing a history or previous access using the Audit Log.
System Administrator: The Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA) is the security administrator. They are responsible for the system administration of MOJJIS, accessing details of records, and producing audit reports on all MOJJIS Inquiry System Users.
User ID: The identification assigned by the Agency Administrator to identify a user and used in conjunction with an assigned password to log-on to MOJJIS.
