In re: Byron C. Loudon, MBE # 40885
ORDER
Petitioner Byron C. Loudon having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state; and
Petitioner having admitted in said petition that he violated Rules 4-8.1(a), 4-8.4(d), 4-1.1, 4-1.5, 4-8.4(c), 4-8.1(b), and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
This Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation filed herein;
This Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Byron C. Loudon is accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Byron C. Loudon be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated. Said disbarment is effective as of March 23, 2018.
It is further ordered that the said Byron C. Loudon comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
