In re:
Repeal of subdivision (b) of subdivision 6.03, entitled "Election to Become Inactive," of Rule 6, entitled "Fees to Practice Law," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subdivision (b) of subdivision 6.03, entitled "Election to Become Inactive."
ORDER
1. It is ordered that effective November 1, 2019, subdivision 6.03(b) of Rule 6 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new subdivision 6.03(b) adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
6.03 ELECTION TO BECOME INACTIVE

(b) Any lawyer recorded as inactive shall pay annually to the clerk of this Court a fee of $100. The fee shall be paid as provided in Rule 6.01(a), and the provisions of Rule 6.01(g) shall not apply. At the time of paying the fee, the lawyer shall provide the clerk with a current mailing address.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
