In re:  Face Mask or Covering Required as a Result of COVID-19 Delta Variant

ORDER

The Supreme Court of Missouri is located in Cole County, Missouri. Currently, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has designated Cole County as an area experiencing high transmission levels of the COVID-19 delta variant. Pursuant to this Court’s May 28, 2021, order and in compliance with current CDC guidelines, face masks or coverings are required to be worn by all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, in all public areas of this Court. Employees are not required to wear face coverings or masks in non-public workspaces. This order shall remain in effect until further order of this Court.

The Marshal is directed to post a copy of this order at all entrances.
