In re:
Repeal of subdivision 7.03.2, entitled "Membership," of Court Operating Rule 7.03, entitled "Circuit Court Budget Committee: Established," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subdivision 7.03.2, entitled "Membership."
ORDER
1. It is ordered that, effective March 15, 2022, subdivision 7.03.2 of Court Operating Rule 7.03 be and the same hereby is repealed and a new subdivision 7.03.2 of Court Operating Rule 7.03 is adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
COURT OPERATING RULE 7.03 CIRCUIT COURT BUDGET COMMITTEE: ESTABLISHED

COURT OPERATING RULE 7.03.2 MEMBERSHIP
The Committee shall be comprised of 13 circuit and associate circuit judges and one circuit clerk. This Court shall appoint all Committee members.

2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
4. The state courts administrator shall provide copies of this order to every presiding circuit court judge and circuit clerk and such other persons as the administrator deems appropriate.
