The Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, periodically schedules oral arguments for cases in which oral arguments have been requested pursuant to Southern District Rule 1 (opens in new window). When cases are scheduled for argument, the court publishes a docket, or list, of the cases with dates and times for argument. Links to recent and/or upcoming dockets are below. Unless the court expressly states otherwise, all oral arguments are in-person. There is no public live feed (audio or video) of oral arguments.
