Each court may promulgate rules or orders for the conduct of small claims proceedings that are not inconsistent with these Rules and the statutes.

140.05. Rules - When None Applicable - Procedure

If no procedure is provided by these Rules, the small claims division shall proceed in a manner consistent with the practice and procedure in the associate circuit division in like situations but not inconsistent with these Rules 140 through 152.
