In re:

Schedules of consolidated amount, schedules for disbursement of consolidated amount, and hierarchies for application of payments made to courts.
ORDER
The attached schedules of consolidated amount, schedules for disbursement of consolidated amount, and the hierarchies for application of payments made to courts of such items are hereby approved for use.  Such approved materials shall supersede the similar schedules and hierarchies previously approved.
