ORDER


WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court that on May 9, 2008, Respondent was sentenced for the commission of two felony counts of reckless aggravated battery and one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence in Johnson County, Kansas Circuit Court Case No. 06CR02077 entitled State of Kansas vs. Charles Theodore Frahm and said convictions are now final;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be further disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Respondent is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state for a period of six months from the date of this order and that said suspension is stayed and Respondent is hereby placed on probation for a period of six months from the date of this order. The conditions of probation shall be those set forth in Rule 5.225.

Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
