ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, the parties having filed a stipulation of facts and joint request for recommendation as to sanctions; and
The Court having considered both the aggravating and mitigating circumstances;
The Court finds that the Respondent violated Rules 4-5.5(c) and 4-8.1(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that Respondent, Aaron Dubin, be and he is hereby reprimanded.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
