ORDER
Now at this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(h), the Court finds that Respondent, John J. Allan, Missouri Bar Number 24080, violated Rules 4-1.3 and 4-1.4 by failing to act with reasonable diligence and communication.
In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, Respondent is suspended from the practice of law, with the suspension stayed and Respondent placed on probation as provided in Rule 5.225 for a period of one year from the date of this order. The conditions of probation shall be those set forth in the parties’ joint stipulation and those contained in Rule 5.225.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
