Case.net Enhancements

What's New on Case.net

Public Litigant Name Search: On May 16, 2025, improvements were made to the public litigant name search feature. Searches are now broken out into two options: Person or Organization.

September 25, 2024 | Litigant search in Case.net has reverted to allow for partial name search, as it was prior to the change that took place September 20, 2024. The issue with Scheduled Hearings and Trials not showing search results has been resolved.

Effective October 20, 2023, all public documents will contain a watermark. Only documents that are public will be impacted and official court documents can still be accessed at the Public Access Terminal at your local court.

New Case.net redesign includes mobile-friendly pages

Search Pages: Case.net is being redesigned with a new look and other changes, which are being phased in. A key redesign includes Case.net searches running by county instead of circuit, to assist with legislative changes. Effective November 19, 2021, Filing Date Search and Case Number Search began using county. Effective December 17, 2021, Litigant Name Search, Scheduled Hearings & Trials Search, and Judgment Index were updated to also use county.

Case Information Pages: Case.net has been redesigned with a new look for Case Information tabs.  The redesign includes:
  • Case Header tab
  • Parties & Attorneys tab
  • Docket Entries tab
  • Charges, Judgments and Sentences tab
  • Scheduled Hearings and Trials tab
  • Service Documents tab
  • Filings  Due tab
  • Civil Judgments tab
  • Garnishment/Executions tab

Additionally,  the Case.net redesign will allow for mobile-friendly viewing for all case information and searches (except Judicial Calendar) as part of the new design.
