ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered Respondent’s motion to terminate probation, for inactive status and to waive fees and costs and the response of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel regarding the same;
The Court finds that the Respondent’s medical condition precludes his continued practice of law at this time and that Respondent is unable to pay the fees and costs assessed in this matter.
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered by this Court that the Respondent Larry D. Coleman's probation is hereby terminated and that Respondent is hereby placed on inactive status pursuant to Rule 6.03. It is further ordered that the costs incurred by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and the fee of $1000.00 previously assessed in this matter are ordered waived.
The costs associated with this motion are waived.
