ORDER


Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and this cause having been fully briefed and argued by the parties, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.4(a), 4-1.4(b), 4-1.15(c), 4-1.15(d)(i), 4-5.5(a) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, James P. Barton is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of two years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that James P. Barton, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
