Show-Me Courts Resources

Local word merge forms developed by court staff to be included in Show-Me Courts (SMC) for their jurisdictions must be authorized by the presiding judge annually. Should the presiding judge want a form to be available statewide, he/she may submit it to the State Judicial Records Committee for review and consideration.

• Presiding Judge Authorization of Local Forms for SMC (GN255): This form is for courts that use JIS. The form must be submitted by the presiding judge to OSCA.Help.Desk@courts.mo.gov.
• Presiding Judge Authorization of Local Forms Created in SMC for Non-JIS Municipal Divisions (GN260): This form is for municipal divisions that have never used JIS. Divisions should contact the OSCA Help Desk for further information about this form and the process for adding local forms to SMC.
